Chapter 924: Chapter 924: The Battle of Time and Space

“The Space-Time Dual Talent is indeed too powerful.” Red Ghost’s figure flickers, constantly teleporting while also continuously accelerating.

An Yi is also constantly teleporting and accelerating, but somehow he gradually begins to fall behind Red Ghost.

Red Ghost’s sword, once again glides past An Yi’s neck, nearly severing his head, leaving only a slight mark on his neck.

“Such strong Law powers make me somewhat want to abandon the position of Dharma King and retrain the Space-Time Dual Laws.” Red Ghost fought like a madman while transmitting his voice into An Yi’s ears.

Red Ghost’s words were not meant to mock; he himself was a Bloodline Dharma King, and the Bloodline was always known for becoming stronger against stronger foes, its strength inscrutable.

This saying was a compliment to the Bloodline, but from another perspective, the Bloodline could also potentially become weaker against weaker opponents.

Of course, as a Bloodline Dharma King, Red Ghost could not possibly be weak, but his Bloodline Law also possessed this characteristic.

Through the opponent’s blood, Red Ghost could temporarily possess the opponent’s Law Powers.

That is to say, Red Ghost now possessed the abilities of the Space-Time Dual Series.

This kind of ability of the Bloodline isn’t a simple copy; Red Ghost cannot replicate the other party’s techniques, but only possesses the other party’s innate Laws, while combat still requires his own understanding.

If it were an ordinary member of the Bloodline, their understanding might not match the opponent’s, so even possessing the enemy’s Laws, they might not be a match for the enemy.

Red Ghost, with the identity of a Dharma King possessing the Space-Time Dual Series Laws, seemed to use the Space and Time Laws even more powerfully than An Yi as he continually utilized them.

Red Ghost became more and more excited, he even gave up defending, exchanging blows with An Yi, leaving wounds upon wounds on the other’s body, wounds that would have likely killed an ordinary Immortal.

But on their bodies, wounds healed instantly, leaving no trace at all.

Suddenly, An Yi stopped, allowing Red Ghost’s sword to pierce through his chest, yet he merely grasped the blade of the sword, neither recovering nor teleporting away.

The overexcited Red Ghost who couldn’t close his grinning mouth, stared blankly at An Yi, not understanding why he had suddenly stopped.

“You might possess my Laws, but in the end, you are not me,” An Yi said, looking at Red Ghost.

Red Ghost’s gaping mouth closed, and with interest, he stared at An Yi and said, “So, you’ve thought of a way to defeat me?”

“The Space-Time Law is not as simple as you think,” An Yi said, as black and white brilliance surged on his body, causing Space-Time to distort immediately.

The injuries previously suffered by Red Ghost suddenly all manifested at once, causing Red Ghost’s body to burst open, exploding into a mist of blood.

Watching Red Ghost explode into a mist of blood, An Yi’s expression became even more solemn, his gaze fixed tightly on the blood mist.

After dissipating, the blood mist suddenly, rapidly converged toward one spot, reforming into a clump of blood, then once again transforming into Red Ghost’s body.

Red Ghost extended his hand, calling out, and the Blood Sword also re-formed, returning to his hand.

“Interesting… You should try this move as well…” Red Ghost grinned, with the fluctuations of Space-Time Laws surging on his body.

On An Yi’s body, wounds started splitting open, about to explode just like Red Ghost had.

However, the black and white brilliance on An Yi’s body suddenly mixed together, turning into a colorless light, as if the brilliance had vanished from his body, and the wounds continuously appearing on him also disappeared without a trace.

“No one can defeat me using my own techniques, not even if you’re a Dharma King,” said An Yi calmly as he looked at Red Ghost.

“Space-time fuse into one, the Space-time Law is really interesting, even more interesting than I imagined,” Red Ghost laughed even more maniacally, his Space-time Law attempting to merge just like An Yi’s.

When the fluctuations of the time and space laws completely synchronized and fused into one, Red Ghost’s pupils suddenly contracted.

“Finally noticed, did you?” A smile emerged on the corner of An Yi’s mouth.

The light surrounding Red Ghost disappeared, and the strange smile that had been on his face was long gone; he looked at An Yi with a peculiar expression and said, “So, the result of space-time fusion is spatial lock. We are both locked at this point in space-time, unable to utilize the powers of time and space, nor will we be affected by them, eternally here.”

An Yi nodded slightly: “Being able to understand this so quickly, you’re not the type who should belong to the God-making Race.”

Red Ghost grinned again: “What use is that? We’re both in this state now; you can’t hurt me, and I can’t hurt you. You didn’t want to use this method to hold me here, did you? Without being able to use the Space-time Law, you’re nothing. Even if I can’t use the Space-time Law, I’m still a Bloodline Dharma King. Even if I can’t kill you, I can trap you with the power of the Bloodline, but you can do nothing. You’re digging your own grave.”

“You can try,” An Yi replied indifferently.

Red Ghost obviously didn’t believe it and attempted to use Bloodline power. The true Immortal Laws cannot be altered, and even under the lock of the Space-time Law, the power of the Bloodline Law still broke through the spatial lock and descended upon An Yi.

Because space-time was locked, An Yi couldn’t move from where he stood; no matter how he tried to move, his body would remain here.

The Bloodline Law caused blood to spray out from An Yi’s body, but before it could spray out, it returned to its original state.

Any attack seemed to lose its meaning under the spatial lock.

“The Immortal Laws cannot be changed, nor can they be blocked. So what? Under the spatial lock, I have always been myself, and I will always be myself. The only thing you can affect is the future, while I live in the past,” An Yi spoke lightly.

“You really are interesting, but unfortunately, you underestimate the Dharma King too much, as well as the true Immortal Laws.” Red Ghost’s body surged with blood light, and despite being under spatial lock, he moved towards An Yi. His mouth, filled with sharp teeth, slowly grinned, showing a chilling smile: “Immortal Laws cannot be changed. If I fill my body with Immortal Laws, the spatial lock cannot hold me… You…have turned yourself into fish meat…”

Saying so, Red Ghost swung his sword at An Yi, aiming to kill him beneath it.

Red Ghost, like a real Fierce Ghost, slashed again and again in a frenzy. An Yi, locked in space-time, was forcibly sliced open by the sword infused with the Blood Law, his body fragmented into chunks of flesh and blood.

“Not being a Dharma King, no matter how strong, is still trash.” Red Ghost mockingly sheathed his sword, looking at An Yi’s body chopped into pieces.

But the next second, Red Ghost suddenly turned around, and behind him, another An Yi appeared.

No, not just behind him, Red Ghost saw An Yis stepping out from space-time, more and more An Yis appearing from every direction, his figures everywhere.

“This is… multiple realities…” Red Ghost suddenly realized what was happening.

“One An Yi, no matter how strong, is far from a Dharma King, but who said that there can only be one An Yi in the same reality…” Countless An Yis spoke simultaneously, their bodies emanating space-time fluctuations, a black hole expanding on them, instantly forming a giant Black Hole that devoured towards the central Red Ghost.

Red Ghost burst out with Law Power in desperation, but his body was locked by space-time, no longer able to use the Space-time Law’s power. The wild Bloodline power also couldn’t withstand the combined assault from An Yis from different realities.

Amongst Red Ghost’s distorted screams, the black holes merged into one, becoming a massive Black Hole that forcibly swallowed Red Ghost.

Inside the Black Hole, blood light flickered, but as the Black Hole contracted, it eventually disappeared, condensing into a point before vanishing completely.

The multiple An Yis disappeared, leaving only the pieces of the butchered corpse. In space-time, they gradually healed, reconstituting into An Yi’s True Body.

However, An Yi now looked extremely aged, as if on the brink of death, his face devoid of any vitality.
