“I actually think Colonel Sanel should proceed steadily. He has the advantage in manpower and logistics. As long as he doesn’t suffer a significant defeat, victory will eventually belong to the Grand Council. The Colonel could march more efficiently, but he still chooses to advance at the regular pace, leaving no chance for the Rebels. This is not a bad thing; in fact, it’s a good thing.”
Winters listened carefully to Major Nievets’ analysis, then turned to Aike: “Lieutenant Axel, what do you think?”
Focused intently on tackling the beef tendon, Aike took a moment to realize who “Lieutenant Axel” referred to in Winters’ words.
