Lin Lan eventually accepted Luo Ziling’s offer to help her bathe.
When Luo Ziling stepped out, he changed into his own clothes.
The clothes were brought to him by Yang Xiaodong; they were the clothes he wore the day before, washed and hung in the room.
He didn’t wash Lin Lan’s clothes, instead planning to throw them away, fearing they might be contaminated with poison.
But washing Lin Lan meant getting clothes wet, inevitably.
To avoid wetting his clothes, Luo Ziling decided not to wear any either.
So, the two of them took a mandarin duck bath together.
At first, Lin Lan was very embarrassed, hunched up and turning her back to Luo Ziling, completely unable to relax.
