Legendary killer's system

10.

An intense tremor and a deafening sound occurred in the park, causing the people around them to stumble unconsciously and fall to the ground, covering their ears.

Even the police officers, each and every one of them on the ground except Fred, were looking around to find the cause of the sound, unable to imagine what was about to happen.

After a minute that seemed eternal to the crowd, the sound stopped and the door appeared.

The people then began to stand up, confused because, despite knowing information about the so-called Doors, few had actually seen them, which is why most were confused.

The police officers rose from the ground, equally confused, and the police officer immediately realized the danger this represented.

"Civilians must leave the area! A door has appeared, please!"

She began to shout.

But the crowd was confused and stared at the door. Meanwhile, the policewoman's partner quickly ran off.

Apparently, he wouldn't risk his life for the people, but rather save himself.

Seeing this, the policewoman was very surprised but continued trying to warn everyone.

Until she saw Fred, but now he was wearing a ski mask and staring at the door.

This greatly confused the girl, who was quite far away from him, but then Fred suddenly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the sky almost immediately.

*POOF*

He fired into the sky, alerting everyone, who almost immediately began to flee in distress.

*Screams*

Chaos erupted in the crowd; they knew this wasn't a game.

Fred, seeing everyone running, sighed in relief and immediately put the silencer on his pistol.

The girl, upon seeing him, ran straight toward him and drew her gun, pointing it at Fred.

"Put down your weapon, criminal!"

Fred, seeing the girl pointing it at him, was a little surprised but continued without explanation, hiding behind a tree for cover.

"Miss Police, I suggest you take cover or run, the door is about to break!"

"Hey?! I said you're going to put down your gun!" the girl ordered, quite alert.

The door then finally collapsed, and the monsters began to emerge.

This caused another sound, even deeper than the previous one, which made the girl drop her gun and kneel down, covering her ears.

Fred, seeing the first monster emerge, fired.

*THUD* *THUD*

*Guhhhh*

The first one fell, its body shattered by the destructive force of Fred's gun, and the bullet didn't stop, killing about three monsters inside.

The usual floating window appeared before Fred again.

Seeing this, Fred said to himself.

"So that's what the cursed ones were called!"

With the door destroyed, there was a kind of vortex like a hollow circle that crossed the space, from which the Cursed Flower monsters began to emerge in droves.

Fred started shooting more. He didn't intend for any of them to escape, but there was a problem, and it was the girl.

"Damn, these are like cockroaches, very slippery. Besides, this girl is still on the floor. I have to try to get her out of there, otherwise she'll be killed!"

"At least I have experience with guns, from my previous life," he added before leaving where he was and approaching the girl while she was shooting.

Once he reached her, he found her covering her ears and crying.

"She seems to have some kind of trauma, this isn't normal!" he thought.

Fred then said to her.

"Miss! Tell me your name? What's your name?!" Fred yelled at her.

"Jeh... Jane!"

"Jane, I need you to listen to me. You have to run as fast as you can. If you stay here, you'll die!"

"But... I can't..."

"Jane, you're not helping. Run and don't look back. Come on!"

Fred said, helping her up.

She started running, crying. She ran as fast as she could, disappearing from Fred's sight and from the park itself.

Fred got careless.

A monster with a bow emerged from the crevice and silently began running toward the surrounding area, firing an arrow at Fred from a considerable distance.

Fred stared into the crevice, oblivious to the approaching danger.

The system warned.

Fred was about to turn around, the arrow hurtling ever closer to his skull.

It was stopped by the hand of a tall man before the arrow could reach its target.

This tall man ran toward the monster and killed it with a single blow.

Fred watched this, quite surprised, but then he kept shooting.

The monsters seemed endless, but the man he killed a few.

Suddenly, a woman and another man appeared. Apparently, the one who appeared was the twin of the one who saved Fred.

The girl used her fire skills, and the other used a sword. They took charge of killing the monsters in the surroundings, and then they entered the crevice themselves.

Fred saw this and didn't know what to do when someone tapped him on the shoulder behind him.

"Hey, looks like you don't have to worry anymore. My people will take care of this," she said.

It was a woman's voice.

Fred immediately turned around and was even more surprised.

The girl was beautiful, very beautiful, so much so that even if Fred wasn't wearing his ski mask, his face would have been red from how flushed he was.

"My name is Victoria Fly. It's a pleasure to meet you."

(The girl with the last name Fly is from the end of chapter 7 and the beginning of chapter 8 😀)

She said, shaking his hand in a friendly way.

"This girl wants something from me. Even though she's gorgeous, with 98 points in beauty, we shouldn't get carried away," Fred thought.

Instead of shaking his hand, he stood up and, gun in hand, pointed it at the girl.

"Things are over here. Don't come near me, miss," he said as he left.

This surprised the girl, who was even thinking of attacking him, but when she saw her grandfather in the distance, she did nothing more.

Fred then disappeared.

The place was left with a mess of almost destroyed monster bodies, and the perpetrator of this massacre disappeared.

The two men and the woman, who, by the way, were wearing black outfits, emerged from the crevice.

And the crevice behind them disappeared.

The girl observed this and then looked away, glancing with a playful smile at where Fred had gone.
