Chapter 157: Earth Is Reshaping
Damian was in a place called Turkey, a place that used to exist before it was completely destroyed by the millions upon millions of gate monsters that appeared on the Day of the Awakening.
It was one of the countries that was completely wiped out, and all the lands had become completely occupied by monsters.
But that was the reason why Damian chose to come here.
After all, this was another one of the many wiped-out countries.
Before coming to Turkey, Damian also went to Greece, Spain, France, and Romania because he found something very interesting when he got to these countries and spread his senses before seeing it with his own eyes… the entire land structure of Earth had been altered.
The Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea had disappeared, and the countries that used to surround these seas had joined together into one large landmass.
The same thing happened with the Red Sea too, as it disappeared as well.
Not just that, a part of South Africa and a small part of the west side of the Middle East had broken off and joined with India…
Now, after all that, the entire continents of Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia have joined together to form one single great continent.
On the other side, the entire landmass of South America was sweeping away from its original position and moving towards the new landmass that was formed by the merging of Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, specifically toward Africa.
And North America was also moving away from its original position, heading toward Europe.
As for the Australia and Oceania continent, it’s moving toward the Asia continent.
As for Antarctica, it didn’t seem to be moving, but Damian could sense it clearly.
It would also start moving soon…
Something, presumably the Day of the Awakening and the energies that came with it, caused the entire structure of Earth’s landmass to shift.
Damian, using his authority as the Human Progenitor, had downloaded a lot of information from people across various countries, and he found out that for the past two months, a few weeks after Damian started to climb the Tower and began challenging the Tower Trials, this change had started to occur worldwide.
Every single human physically felt it happen: the continents moving, the seas vanishing, landmasses colliding with each other.
Damian had wondered, when he came to Earth after becoming the human progenitor to conquer it for himself, why the population of the world had been reduced so drastically.
And now, he had found out why.
Even before his regression, even after three years, Earth didn’t experience any changes like this.
Back then, more than 5.5 billion humans had managed to survive the apocalypse.
Everything went on, even though the mortality rate was much higher than the birth rate.
But in this life, things that weren’t supposed to happen were happening.
The first was the entire landmass of Earth shifting and changing on its own.
Damian couldn’t help but think it was because he had changed a lot of things that should have gone the way they did before the regression.
But after the regression, Damian had changed everything.
For the past two months, as the landmasses merged together, they had caused a lot of natural disasters, tsunamis, earthquakes that lasted for weeks, volcanic eruptions, and even more disasters that humans didn’t even have names for.
And while this was happening, the gate monsters didn’t stop causing trouble either.
Unlike humans, they weren’t affected by the reshaping of Earth.
Billions of humans were killed by the gate monsters, while even more died, unable to survive the disasters occurring all over the world.
Damian’s original plan was to find a suitable place on Earth to establish his own castle, a place where he could live and rule the race of Superior Humans and High Humans.
Every other race already had their own place called a castle, where the rulers lived.
Even biblical Hell had a castle at the deepest level, where the strongest and most terrifying demons resided, the same place Damian was planning on going next after he finished his small works on Earth.
But the plans had changed, since Earth didn’t seem to have finished reshaping, so he had changed his plans.
"The Earth still seems to be reshaping, and until it’s done, we can’t do anything. So until it’s finished, you guys take this time to create your own factions. Plus, I want you to clear the gate monsters and mutated beasts occupying the populated areas surrounding the land we’re standing on," Damian said.
"If I may be bold to ask... may I ask where you are going, my king?"
Maria asked, ignoring the strange expressions of the other High Humans who were looking at her as if asking how she could be so rude to their king.
Damian tilted his head.
Maria, even though she had been quite honest with herself before becoming a High Human, had become kind of silent, not really talkative.
But now, she was even becoming bold enough to raise her voice against the Human Progenitor.
Damian knew why she was being like this, it was because she was insanely attracted to the Progenitor, just like all the High Human ladies.
But the only difference was that she was quite bolder than the other girls.
And that was all she needed.
Damian, as the Human Progenitor, instinctively knew what the females around him were thinking.
After all, he was also a being of life, he was the origin of an entire life.
So, obviously, everything related to creating life was natural to him.
Maria wasn’t trying to be rude to Damian or anything.
It was just that she was trying to show the other female High Humans around her in front of the Progenitor that she was a better choice among them.
She was trying to show her dominance over the other female High Humans.
In fact, she was doing it without even knowing it, all because she wanted to procreate with her Progenitor.
Even though Damian knew that if he willed it, she would be on him, riding him, Damian wouldn’t do it.
He knew Maria and her seven sisters were nuns.
It was just their physical bodies that yearned for him, and as someone who had been raised a Christian, he knew full well how devoted nuns could be. So, he wouldn’t do anything to tarnish their beliefs.
"Well, Maria, I’m going to hell," Damian simply replied as his figure disappeared and reappeared in front of her.
He released a tiny portion of his presence as he continued, "And while I’m gone, I hope you, Shiru, and the others make the most of it."
Damian smiled, but then his smile vanished as he got a message from someone he hadn’t seen in the last couple of days.
"Hmm... it seems the vampires are acting up again. I’ll go deal with them now. And you know what? You guys will come with me for this one too."
His figure disappeared, followed by the other High Humans who were with him, before they all reappeared in the territory of the Circle of Ouroboros faction, in the First Tower Realm, Solarta, right inside the throne hall, on the throne itself, in the otherwise empty hall.
The sixteen High Humans appeared standing on either side of him.
Damian sent a message to Sir Lucian Holloway, who, along with the others he had brought, was standing outside waiting for the leader of the faction to arrive and give them permission to enter the castle.
After a couple of minutes, the doors to the throne hall slowly opened and slipped apart.
Beings with some of the strongest presence Damian had seen in a while, other than God, of course, walked in.
Beings more beautiful than anyone Damian had seen until now, other than the goddesses, entered.
The rulers of the vampire world, Nightingale, the Five Countesses, the five strongest vampires in existence, walked in, with a single plebeian vampire, Lucian Holloway, trailing behind.
He walked weakly, wearing the most scared expression Damian had ever seen on him.
Noble vampires are a higher-ranked species than the High Humans, so naturally, the High Humans in the throne hall could feel the pressure of racial suppression.
But it vanished, instantly, as if it had never been there, the moment the Human Progenitor released his own presence like a floodgate.
No matter what species or race they are, they will always be lower than the progenitor of an entire species or race, unless another progenitor comes along.
If there were a Vampire Progenitor present, then perhaps Damian might have been suppressed, just as Noble Vampires suppress High Humans with their racial presence.
But there was no Vampire Progenitor here, only the Human Progenitor.
And in his presence, he was the only one who could exert dominance.
"Tell me this" Damian narrowed his eyes at the five countesss of vampires. "Have you come to figth or talk? because if its to fight we can start right away"
What do you think?
