Tiel, who had been looking through the materials, collapsed forward, seeming exhausted. She had a habit of burying her face in something when she was tired since she was young, and that habit had stayed with her to this day.

Just as Tiel was about to fall, Ian Dross, with perfect timing, propped her forehead up and pulled her towards him, making her lean on his shoulder.

"If you're tired, go rest. I'll look through the materials," he said.

Tiel shook her head.

Ian Dross’s eyes were bloodshot. He hadn't slept at all, having been reviewing the materials non-stop.

Since food wasn’t allowed inside, Ilum suggested they all take a break and return to look through the materials later, but Ian Dross refused.

He insisted on finding the materials as quickly as possible. Tiel and Ferdie also couldn’t leave him alone, so they decided to stay with Ian.

They had looked through a vast amount of materials, but almost none of them were useful.

The documents prepared by the previous head of the Everard family for his son, who would be born centuries later, mostly concerned topics like how to make the Everard lands fertile or the proper management of water channels to prevent them from drying up.
