“Oh? Is that so?” Situ Xin raised her eyebrows and asked.
“Yes, and I don’t know if it was just my imagination, but it felt as if Lady Xu received the invitation I handed her as if it were a hot potato,” the Butler at one point wondered if his eyes had deceived him.
