The leaders of human civilization rapidly learned of the unidentified vessel approaching the Esocline Federation at astronomical speeds.

Pure, raw terror gripped their heart for the first time in seventeen years.

They hadn't felt such soul-shredding horror since the very inception of the Beast Incursion. They hadn't felt such unfathomable fear since the very first day the beast tides wiped out hundreds of billions of human beings from the very face of the continent.

And now, they remembered.

They remembered the fear of the unknown.

The fear of the unknown with the power to destroy them.

In the case of the Beast Domain, the absolute power of the beasts and monsters of human civilization was thought to be roughly equal to that of human civilization. However, in this case, none of them could bring themselves to believe that they were dealing with entities that were their absolute equal.

Just based on the size of the continent alone, not a single leader of human civilization had any hope that they were equals.

The best-case scenario was that the net power of human civilization was enough to just barely deter the potentially powerful civilizations that occupied the continents in the True World.

An even better situation was if all their enemies consisted of beasts and monsters, making them unable to organize and unite against the Panama Continent.

However, with the sheer speed at which the unidentified 'vessel' was approaching, all these hopes were dashed.

With the few clues that they had gotten from this horrifying news, they already understood that they were dealing with an intelligent civilization with high technological sophistication.

This was devastating news all by itself.

Nations across the continent, previously thinking of lifting national emergencies in their polities, now found themselves delaying that choice. If the worst truly turned out to be the case, then the national emergency would have to remain for much, much longer.

The citizens of human civilization were entirely in the dark.

They weren't even informed of the existence of the true world, let alone the incoming unidentified vessel originating from the true world. Even as they calmed down and even felt some speck of hope and joy upon the apparent ceding of the Beast Incursion, the leaders of human civilization felt that they were on the verge of losing their sanity.

They held their breath as the unidentified vessel drew closer and closer.

The Esocline Federation gazed towards the North.

Towards the endless waters of the Great Nam Ocean.

They gazed at the setting Sun, leaving behind a gentle, warm glow as dusk began giving way to the darkness of night.

The air was taut with tension.

The atmosphere boiled with peril.

The mood among the gathered Martial Artists was grave and severe.

The electronically distorted voice of a woman reached them as they remained on standby, on the very cusp of going all out.

Each second seemed to drag out for an eternity.

Each moment weighed on them.

The Gatekeeper sharpened his elder eyes while the Nel found it in himself to grin despite how dire the situation had become.

Hever remained impassive, simply gazing at the horizon.

Fae breathed deeply as she opened her sharp eyes, all but ready to activate her Realms of power the very moment the battle began.

The siege weapons mounted upon the fort wall behind them in the distance began brimming with power for several seconds.

The oceans quaked and boiled, as powerful waves crashed into the fort walls of the Esocline Federation, testing the tough defenses that the nation had mounted. The air crackled with plasma as the temperatures reached unfathomable heights.

The siege weapons of human civilization unleashed an unfettered and unrestrained onslaught of attacks upon the target, desperately trying to destroy the unidentified vessel that was approaching the Esocline Federation at rapid speeds.

And yet, it failed.

The Martial Masters widened their eyes with shock as they spotted the unidentified vessel emerging from northern horizon which had now grown even more distant after the Unfolding.

What they saw shook them.

The aircraft was larger than any other airborne vessel they had ever seen in their entire life, stretching dozens of meters in its width. The closer it got to the Esocline Federation, the more they could make out of it amidst the continuous onslaught of the Esocline Federation unloading upon the powerful vessel.

The craft was dyed in a jet black with streaks of red across its body.

Massive wings emerged from the intricate main body as the very fabric of space and time seemed to distort the domineering aircraft that waded and weaved about the astronomical power converging upon it with a stunning degree of fluidity and agility despite its tremendous speed.

It warped the very fabric of space, not just to propel itself forward by compressing space behind it and stretching space ahead of it, but also to absorb the unfathomable attacks of the Esocline Federation and converge them into an accretion disk revolving around it with blinding brightness.

It resembled a black hole in and of itself.
