The Male Leads Are Trapped in My House

Chapter 307

"It's still amazing to think about—three underground floors. This place is a perfect shelter."

Ethan was just as impressed.

He even said this place might be better than Happy House. But as someone deeply attached to Happy House, I couldn't agree with that statement.

"Papa, what's a shelter?"

Louis, who was sitting on Ethan's lap, tilted his head in curiosity.

"It's a place where you can hide to stay safe. If someone goes 'Waaah!' and tries to hurt Mama, you can hide there."

"Like hide-and-seek?"

Louis, who still struggled with pronouncing double consonants, spoke slowly and carefully.

It was so adorable that I couldn't help but scoop him up and rub my face against his.

"Cherry, don't just do that with Louis—do it with me too. Ever since he was born, you haven't snuggled with me at all."

"Papa, Louis will do it for you!"

"Boys don’t do that with each other."

"Okay!"

Without hesitation, Louis turned away.

I stared at both Ethan and Louis in disbelief.

Lately, it really felt like I was living with two sons. And of course, they had to look exactly alike.

The rest of the household was already used to our bickering and had started dividing up the rooms amongst themselves.

The lowest level, the third basement floor, would be used for storage, while the residential rooms were split between the first and second basement floors.

I was looking over the mansion’s blueprint when I noticed the front garden.

Unlike Happy House, which didn’t have a backyard, this mansion had a relatively small front garden but a large backyard.
