Chapter 30: Chapter 30 Susu Ties Qin Yuhuai up like a Big Zongzi_1 Chapter 30: Chapter 30 Susu Ties Qin Yuhuai up like a Big Zongzi_1 Old Master Qin and Lady Qin immediately hurried downstairs after they were done with their tasks, both eager to see how their little darling was doing.
But once they descended, the scene that unfolded before them left them dumbfounded.
Their eldest grandson, Qin Yuhuai, was bound to a chair!
Both his hands and feet were tightly tied, and the ropes around his body were a chaotic mess, but there were so many of them that he was wrapped up like a zongzi and couldn’t move a muscle.
The sight was quite horrifying!
“Yuhuai, what happened to you?
Did we have a thief break in?” Old Master Qin frantically asked.
Where did this daredevil come from, boldly tying people up in their own home!
Qin Yuhuai didn’t speak, his face as black as the bottom of a coal pot.
He had been tied up by a little girl.
He thought she was just a soft and cute little girl.
But…
The little one’s strength was frighteningly big.
After she gripped his hands, he couldn’t break free at all.
And then, the situation evolved into what it was now…
Qin Yuhuai commanded respect outside, and all his employees feared him.
Now, he was tied up hopelessly in a chair, utterly at someone else’s mercy!
“Daddy, we had a thief!
But I caught him, oh!” Susu said, pointing at Qin Yuhuai.
She and Tiger had seriously tied him up!
Uh?
Uh uh uh?
Old Master Qin and Lady Qin stood frozen in place.
It took them a long while to comprehend what had just happened.
Their eldest grandson had been mistaken for a bad guy and tied up by their little girl!!!
Old Master Qin hurriedly explained to Susu, “Um, Susu…
this person is not a bad guy, he is your elder nephew, Qin Yuhuai!”
“Eh?” Susu also showed a surprised expression.
This person was actually her eldest nephew?
“That’s right, Susu, he is our grandson, you misunderstood him!” Lady Qin chimed in.
With her parents’ reassurance, Susu finally accepted the fact that Qin Yuhuai was not a bad guy.
Realizing she had tied up the wrong person, Susu awkwardly turned to exchange glances with her accomplice — Tiger.
Tiger also hung his little head low.
Old Master Qin stepped forward to help Qin Yuhuai get untied.
Susu had wrapped him up with layers upon layers, without any apparent method, and it took Old Master Qin quite an effort to finally extricate Qin Yuhuai from his predicament.
Once freed, Qin Yuhuai’s hawk-like eyes once again fell on Susu.
Old Master Qin explained to Qin Yuhuai, “Yuhuai, don’t be angry with your little auntie.
I guess it was your fierce-looking face that made her mistake you for a bad guy.”
“What did you say, Grandpa?” Qin Yuhuai furrowed his brows and squinted his eyes.
“I said she probably misunderstood you, thinking you were a bad guy because of your fierce expression.”
“No, what did you just call her?”
Old Master Qin’s explanation had gone in one ear and out the other for Qin Yuhuai, except for those three words, which struck him like a bolt of lightning.
“Your little auntie!” Old Master Qin replied, “Susu is the daughter of your grandma and me, your true aunt.”
“Your and grandma’s daughter?” The icy expression on Qin Yuhuai’s handsome face showed signs of cracking.
“Yes, yes, your grandma and my daughter, our own flesh and blood!” Old Master Qin stated emphatically.
“Grandpa, Grandma, this matter is serious.
If you want to adopt a girl because you like her, I have no objections and no right to object.
Our family doesn’t mind caring for another person.
But at her age, it would be more appropriate to adopt her as your granddaughter.”
What do you think?
