The so-called Frost Phantom Shadow was the codename given by the Law Enforcement Team to the mysterious creature that had been repeatedly attacking Wizards in Neustadt City without leaving a trace, other than the frost marks left at the scene.

“If the traces we found just now are ultimately confirmed to belong to the Frost Phantom Shadow, then the Law Enforcement Team’s speculation might be correct—the Frost Phantom Shadow has left Neustadt City.”
