Chapter 821: Ready to Unleash...
Slave Village…
Princess Ai Ping sat on her throne in the dimly lit chamber, sipping a cup of herbal tea when a servant hurried inside, bowing deeply.
"Your Highness, urgent news! Kent King has been officially accepted into the Royal Academy!"
Ai Ping's eyes lit up with excitement. "Finally! I knew he could do it. He is not an ordinary man."
The servant hesitated before continuing, "But... there's something unexpected, Your Highness. Kent King has been assigned to Green Poison Peak."
Ai Ping's smile faltered, replaced by confusion. "Green Poison Peak? Are you certain? That's an alchemy division. Kent is a warrior, not an alchemist. Why would he be placed there?"
The servant lowered her head. "I do not know, Your Highness. Perhaps the administrator did it after learning of his background."
Ai Ping frowned, tapping her fingers on the table. "Green Poison Peak is strict but safe. Its Peak Master is known for being overprotective of his disciples. No one dares to mess with them. That means... Kent will be untouchable."
She leaned back with a sigh, her initial happiness overshadowed by worry. "This is a problem. I needed him to be active in the academy to protect my people. He promised to send me 3,000 mana pearls monthly and protect the beast women. But if he's stuck learning poisons, how will he keep his word?"
The servant hesitated before speaking, "Your Highness, Green Poison Peak is a secluded division. Once someone enters, they dedicate years to training under their master. He may not have time to involve himself in other matters."
Ai Ping's fingers clenched around the armrest. "That means I won't get his help in time. The Annual Test of the Royal Academy will end in a month, and those young masters will turn my village into their personal playground. If Kent doesn't interfere, I will be powerless to stop them."
Her shoulders slumped as she waved the servant away. "Leave me. I need to think."
The servant bowed and exited as Ai Ping closed her eyes, anxiety creeping into her heart.
-
One month has passed like a butterfly and the final fight is taking place inside the Academy…
Royal Academy…
The Royal Academy's training grounds were filled with roaring cheers as the disciples gathered for the most anticipated event of the year—the Annual Test. It was a battle of supremacy among the three dominant noble families—Hua, Wei, and Ping.
Three banners fluttered in the wind, each bearing the insignia of its respective family. The atmosphere was electric with tension as disciples sharpened their weapons, adjusted their robes, and exchanged heated glares.
The annual test is a great opportunity for the disciples to earn big rewards. Best weapons, manuals and spells were offered for winners. The final victor will be fully supported by the sect.
A noble disciple smirked, nudging his companion. "Have you heard of the new bet? Whichever family wins will have full control over the slave village. The beast women will be ours to enjoy."
Laughter erupted among the disciples as another added, "Ai Ping won't be able to protect them! Once the test is over, we'll have our fun."
The crowd were more
At the heart of the battleground, the three contenders stood tall:
Hua Jin, the prodigy of the Hua Family, wielding twin curved sabers.
Bai Wei, a strategist from the Wei Family, known for his cunning techniques.
Ping Ping, the Crown Prince of the Ping Family, wielding a spear infused with lightning energy.
The test involved a grueling elimination battle, where the last warrior standing would claim victory.
The gong sounded, and the battle erupted. All sect elders, royal family members, nobles gathered to watch the fight. Mana pearls were flowing on the betting counters.
Soon, the fight erupted…
Hua Jin lunged first, his twin sabers creating a whirlwind as he cut through waves of weaker disciples. "Weaklings, get out of my way!" he roared, sending two opponents flying.
Bai Wei remained composed, watching his opponents' movements before launching precise strikes. With a single calculated move, he dodged a fatal blow and countered with an energy-infused palm strike, sending his rival tumbling out of the arena.
Crown Prince Ping Ping smirked. "You two think you stand a chance against me?" He spun his spear, generating arcs of lightning that crackled in the air. With a single thrust, he shattered the ground, sending multiple disciples sprawling.
The battle grew fiercer. Blood spilled on the arena floor as warriors clashed, their weapons colliding in dazzling sparks.
After hours of relentless fighting, only two contenders remained: Hua Jin and Crown Prince Ping Ping.
Both warriors were battered and breathing heavily, but their eyes burned with determination.
Ping Ping sneered. "Give up, Hua Jin. You can't match my strength. The throne of victory belongs to me."
Hua Jin wiped the blood from his lips and chuckled. "You talk too much. Let's end this."
With a surge of energy, Hua Jin's sabers glowed bright red as he activated his Blazing Wind Strike… Night wind wraps the endless SKY!
Ping Ping roared, raising his spear high as lightning surged through his veins. He unleashed his Thunderstorm Collapse technique.
The two forces collided in an explosion of light and energy, shaking the entire battleground.
A moment later, a figure stood tall in the dissipating dust.
It was Hua Jin.
Crown Prince Ping Ping lay defeated on the ground, his weapon shattered.
The crowd erupted into cheers as the Hua Family disciples roared in victory.
Hua Jin smirked, looking down at his fallen rival. "Get ready to serve me when I sit on the throne."
Huw family disciples and relatives began shouting Hua Jin's name. "Looks like the beast women belong to us now. Hahaha… Everyone get ready to taste those milk chugs… hahahah…"
The Hua Family disciples cheered wildly, while the other families looked on with dark expressions.
As the celebrations continued, a lone figure standing on a distant green peak watched everything with cold, piercing eyes.
It was Kent King.
He had seen and heard everything.
A dangerous smirk formed on his lips.
"So they think they can do as they please?"
A storm was brewing.
And Kent was ready to unleash it.
What do you think?
