The Telekinesis Beast Avatar that Zhao Mingwei exhibited had been temporarily named by Jiang Qiao as such, following what could almost be reported as a “blatant cheat! No lock!” cheat skill. Honestly, Jiang Qiao truly didn’t care for balancing Spirit, as the game didn’t really promote open-world PK, and most equipment was obtained from instances anyway.

Yet, the real reason was… it was genuinely impossible to balance this cursed game of Spirit.

With a player of Zhao Mingwei’s caliber existing, he would always be two, no, three patches ahead of the regular players, which meant that no matter how much Jiang Qiao tried to weaken the Mind Energy Master class, it would be futile.

It wasn’t that the class was too powerful, but rather that Laughing Lord was too powerful. Jiang Qiao could only balance it by banning Zhao Mingwei, but Jiang Qiao would likely have to be brain-dead to resort to that.

Given the external threats present, Jiang Qiao hoped for more players with such game-breaking skills.

While the Spirit forums featured mostly complaints about the great imbalance created by such players who mastered their power on a different level altogether,

the true professional players of Spirit didn’t care about this.

For instance, Baidi, currently watching Zhao Mingwei brilliantly perform in the arena, incessantly clicked his fingers on the table where he sat, his leg trembling relentlessly.

Jiang Qiao could feel… if it weren’t for the need to successfully complete the instance, Baidi would have drawn his sword and rushed into the duel arena to fight Zhao Mingwei by now.
