Road to becoming the wealthiest: Starting From Treasure Hunting in the Cabinets

Chapter 32 - 32 32 Truly Awesome

Chapter 32: Chapter 32: Truly Awesome! Chapter 32: Chapter 32: Truly Awesome! Early the next day, Sean Knight ate Susan’s pie and drove to the warehouse.

This warehouse was smaller than the one he had been to before, and further away, but the size of the warehouse was much larger!

At least four times as big as the previous one!

More importantly, these warehouses were also for auction, just like the containers.

It wasn’t until Sean arrived that he found out and regretted it.

If he had known earlier, he might as well have gone to a container auction, at least there would be a higher chance of finding hidden treasures.

Quite a few people at the scene were unfamiliar faces, but Sean recognized a few familiar ones.

He was a little surprised but realized why shortly after.

Although the items in these warehouses were from nearby towns and villages, almost all the participants in the auction were professional treasure hunters.

Sean was happy.

This really gave him a chance to find some hidden treasures!

He went to ask the Administration Office, and there were six warehouses to be auctioned today.

Sean sighed, realizing how much stuff was abandoned every day in America!

But it made sense when he thought about it — they had made a fortune in the two world wars, became the world’s hegemon after the war, and plotted to overthrow the Soviet Union.

They were as good as a cash machine for the whole world, so how could they not be wealthy?

Being used to throwing things away after using them resulted in a lot of second-hand items.

Of course, now that industrial production is lagging, second-hand items are becoming more valuable.

The auctioneer appeared, a bald-headed man.

Sean had seen this auctioneer a few times before, he was decent, good at setting the mood and getting people excited.

Sean noticed that the auctioneers for containers and warehouses were the kind whose tone was very flat, but they could spit out hundreds of words in a single breath without pause.

All of them were top-notch!

Soon, the rolling gate of the first warehouse was opened, revealing a pile of agricultural tools inside.

Sean took a glance and shook his head.

This stuff wasn’t his cup of tea.

He noted down the auction number and headed to the second warehouse nearby.

Using Sky Eye to see the contents inside, Sean was momentarily stunned and then laughed.

This was a rather unusual item, but he was familiar with it!

He had recently studied some local cultural knowledge and came across information about this item.

Alright, he would go for this second warehouse!

Sean went to check out the other warehouses.

Most of them contained agricultural or ranch-related items.

Considering that several farms and a small town were nearby, it wasn’t that strange.

The second warehouse was about to start its auction, so Sean rushed over.

The rolling gate was opened, revealing the items inside.

The auctioneer glanced at them and laughed.

He obviously knew what was inside.

Displayed before everyone were a table and various objects.

First, there was a strange-looking table with two semi-circular tabletops standing upright. On the side facing the audience, there was a round hole with a diameter of 10 centimeters.

A cowhide was laid between the two vertical tabletops, connected with curved wooden bars.

On the right side of the warehouse, there was a large industrial insulation box that was still plugged in.

Above the insulation box, there was a rectangular plastic box that looked like a gun case.

Next to the insulation box, there were seven or eight white plastic buckets.

There was something in the buckets, not very clear.

It looked like milk, but slightly yellowish.

Sean understood and almost wanted to laugh.

It was truly unexpected to encounter such a thing here!

The auctioneer chuckled and said:

“Reserve price of 500 dollars, each subsequent bid must be raised by at least 50 dollars. The bidding starts now, this gentleman bids 600 dollars, 600 dollars, 600 dollars…”

The auctioneer quickly pushed the bid up to 800 dollars with his unique tongue-clicking sound.

Sean immediately bid 1,000 dollars.

A muscular African-American guy asked Sean with an air of familiarity:

“Hey, Chinese guy, what’s this for?”

Sean replied, “It’s for ranch use.”

A few people in the room guessed what it was, but they didn’t say it out loud.

Some people were laughing.

Most of the others were confused and clueless about what it was.

“For the ranch? Isn’t that a gun? I think it should be for hunting!”

The black young man guessed.

Sean Knight didn’t reply. This was a difficult question to answer.

The price had already risen to 1100 dollars, but only two people were still bidding.

Sean raised the price again: “One thousand five hundred dollars!”

This sudden price increase directly suppressed the other people.

Seeing that no one else was bidding, Sean secretly sighed. He never thought that he would do something like this one day.

After the auctioneer called out 1,500 dollars three times, he directly pointed to Sean, confirming that the contents of the warehouse belonged to him.

Sean paid the money and started cleaning up.

Unexpectedly, the black young man followed him in.

He held the object that looked like a gun box and asked Sean,

“Can I open it?”

Sean already knew what it was and smiled, saying,

“You can open it, just don’t damage it.”

He then opened the industrial insulation box.

Looking at the neatly arranged six full plastic buckets inside, Sean smiled happily.

Meanwhile, the black young man opened the black plastic box and took out a 30-centimeter-thick plastic tube, with a plastic cover on one end, just like a large balloon.

The black young man was disappointed at first, as this was not a gun!

Immediately afterward, he exclaimed,

“Oh! I got it! This must be a large balloon inflater!”

He started to blow air hard into one end of the tube!

Sean tried to hold back his laughter and quickly stopped him,

“Don’t blow! It’s not clean!”

But the black young man ignored Sean and played with it in high spirits. He actually managed to blow it up!

This black brother had impressive lung capacity!

Seeing the black young man’s proud expression, Sean speechlessly took the tube and demonstrated how it worked with the hole in the vertical table.

The black young man was a little confused.

Sean simply told him,

“This tube, along with this set of equipment, is used for artificially collecting semen from breeding bulls!”

The black young man’s face turned even darker:

“Then this tube…?”

He had a bad guess but still asked with a bit of luck.

“Just as you guessed, this tube is attached to the bull’s penis, and the balloon is for holding the bull’s semen!”

“Urgh–!”

The black young man immediately started dry heaving!

This thing was too damn stimulating!

Bull!

Thinking about the penis of the ox entering and exiting the tube and imagining the black young man’s efforts blowing into the tube, Sean couldn’t help but burst into laughter.

The black young man quickly left, no longer able to stay!

Sean, however, was happy for the peace and quiet.

He closed the industrial insulation box and called Mr. John.

“Sean, did you find any treasure?”

“No treasure, but a lot of things that a treasure might spit out!” Sean made a little joke.

“What kind of things?”

“I have a set of artificial insemination tools for breeding bulls and six buckets in the insulation box with about ninety kilograms of bull semen… There are also eight more buckets outside, probably containing one hundred and twenty kilograms of it…”

“That’s quite an acquired taste!” Mr. John couldn’t help but comment, “but I heard that these things are quite valuable. Let me ask around.”

After hanging up the phone, Sean looked around the warehouse and saw no more garbage to clean up. It was relatively quiet in there.

A time-saver.

Shortly after, Mr. John called back:

“I found a buyer. Someone will come to see you soon. I never thought that bull semen would be so valuable – over a hundred dollars per kilogram…”

Sean was aware of this, but only because he had recently been studying up on the subject.

However, he never expected the price to be over a hundred dollars per kilogram.

There were about ninety kilograms in the insulation box. As for the stuff outside, he wasn’t sure if it was still usable…

Before the buyer arrived, that black young man returned again.

Sean was a bit curious. This black brother seemed to have a lot of free time!
