Ji Dao Shi

"Thank you Brother Lin," said Wang Ming to Lin Dong as he arrived with him before his cave abode.

"It's my pleasure Brother Wang. By the way, don't forget to visit the Sutra Pavillion after settling everything in your cave abode. You also should remember that you need to breakthrough to the Nascent Soul Realm within 30 years. Otherwise you will be ousted from the Sect," said Lin Dong to Wang Ming.

Lin Dong is a very respectable person in the outer court. Every disciple irrespective of male and female see him as a trustworthy and benevolent person. In fact he is truly a good person by heart. And due to this very reason Wang Ming has easily become very close to him.

"If you get any spare time in the future, please do visit my cave abode often. You are always welcome, Brother Lin," said Wang Ming with a gracious smile to Lin Dong.

"Of course Brother Wang." Saying this Lin Dong happily left the cave abode of Wang Ming.

Wang Ming's cave abode is neither big nor small. It is located in the remotest corner of the outer court. It's situated between two tall mountains and there is also a small pool before it with aquatic plants and fishes teeming within it's cold watery abyss. Though it is small it is quite deep.

Five days passed in a blink. As the sixth day has arrived, Wang Ming left his cave abode and flew towards the Sutra Pavillion.

As the Elder of the Sutra Pavillion has finished verifiying his identity token, Wang Ming entered the large library of the Sutra Pavillion.

As he kept on viewing the various scrolls and books on the shelves of the Sutra Pavillion, he stumbled upon a certain book tiltled "Mysteries of the Cultivation World." He started reading the book with great enthusiasm as it piqued his interest greatly.

"Three legendary cultivation routes! Ji, Dao and Shi! The Ji Route is the most extreme, Dao Route the most profound while the Shi Route is the most enigmatic!" Wang Ming said to himself with an excited tone, his eyes sparkling with a great lust to gain more knowledge about these three extraordinary cultivation routes. He then quickly poured himself into the pages of the book containing informations about these three unique cultivation routes.

Three hours later he returned to his cave abode without taking any techniques or sutras from the Sutra Pavillion. The Elder was really surprised seeing Wang Ming leave without taking any jade slips of techniques or sutras.
