They determined their own business model without intervention from the headquarters. But in return, they must pay a hefty fee to operate under their name brand as well as meeting the criteria to become eligible to become a branch.
And currently, Xu Feng had already qualified the criteria to open a branch for himself. It was just that the hefty fees were way too demanding that Xu Feng refused to give in.
