At dusk, Xie Shu leaned against a side door of the gymnasium, idly watching the scattered students passing by.

It had been a while since classes ended, and the throng of students heading towards the residential area had dwindled to just a few sparse groups.

Today, the gymnasium was filled with people practicing for the opening ceremony of the sports event, and they were just a small team among many.

Before school ended, most teachers dismissed their students ten minutes early, except for Ruan Nianxi's group.

After his dismissal, he initially wanted to wait for her at their practice room, but the door was closed, and he couldn't just walk in. So, he waited outside, but even after a long time, their practice hadn't ended. Bored, he played on his phone and wandered around, eventually ending up here.

He wasn't sure how much longer they would practice, so he simply leaned here to wait.

With nothing to do, his mind started to wander. Initially, he thought about his relationship with Ruan Nianxi, reminiscing about their past, and eventually, his thoughts drifted to Su Qianyi.

During high school, she occupied a significant portion of his life, whereas his time with Ruan Nianxi was minimal.
