Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 663: Princess Lovina's past

Chapter 663: Princess Lovina’s past

“Well, this puts things into perspective.” Kent, who had been sweating just moments ago, walked through the portal only to find himself standing on a small floating island, fully clothed.

He wasn’t shocked, but he had to admit that the planning Alina put into setting up his birthday presents was rather meticulous.

Everything had been arranged well, and that made him wonder what gods, supremes, and celestials would think if they were made aware of what Kent’s women were using their primordial spaces for.

A place as powerful as their primordial spaces shouldn’t be used for orgies and glory holes. But then again, this was for their man, so they wouldn’t bat an eye to make him happy, just like they did for Princess Lovina, who was seated in a flower garden, waiting for Kent.

The moment he appeared, she noticed and turned to face him.

Kent smiled and walked toward her. “Looks like you’re having a good time with the girls.”

Princess Lovina didn’t reply. Instead, she looked at Kent and smiled. “It was all thanks to you coming to my aid when I needed it the most.” A regret appeared on her face as she looked at the smiling, handsome man before her.

“I am sorry, by the way, for threatening to kill you back then. You know, the part where I came to the Divine Palace Sect.”

She turned away, hiding her flustered expression. Kent walked closer and wrapped his hand around her waist, pulling her close to him.

“I have already forgiven you… However, you still have to pay for threatening me,” Kent leaned in and kissed her neck. “I will get my payment soon enough.”

“But, before that, why don’t you tell me about yourself?” Kent knew she still wasn’t in her element to walk the extra mile immediately, so he had to get her there.

Princess Lovina sighed, calming her heartbeat down.

‘How am I going to handle that monster hiding in his pants?’ She shuddered at the thought. However, now that she was in Kent’s arm on the ground, she could only get used to the sensation pressing against her butt.

‘Right, he asked about my background. I guess he wants to ease me into the moment.

In order not to drift off too long, she snapped back to reality and decided to talk about herself. After all, she had been waiting for a very long time to tell him.

“…So I was a princess…” she began with a smirk. “Not that it matters now, but a very long time ago, I was a princess… the only child of the then king and queen of Kyrrith Kingdom.

My family was comprised of alchemists, and although I was the only child, I had many uncles and aunts who were also alchemists. My father was a Pill Saint, one of the first few Pill Saints to grace the human kingdom.

As a result, I started practicing alchemy long before I began cultivating. I, of course, had a unique talent for poisons long before I discovered it was a part of who I am.

I was terrific, to the point that when I officially started alchemy, it took me just a few months to progress from Novice to Grandmaster. My talent, as they called it, was endless. And they were right—I honestly had the talent for poisons.

However, that all changed, or more like that potential was shattered, when I woke up to a slaughter that claimed my entire family. I survived because my mother used space magic to send me away.

Of course, I didn’t escape unscathed…” Princess Lovina sighed. Kent turned her around and made her sleep on his chest instead. This, of course, made the princess shudder, but she didn’t flinch.

Kent smiled. “Go on…”

She nodded. “So my mom used every ounce of her space power to send me away, but the wicked Poison Witch poisoned me while she was casting the spell.”

Kent raised his brow.

“The real Wicked Poison Witch. She was part of the attackers. Safe to say I survived, and with my talent for poison, I managed to stay alive long enough to kill her and borrow her skin.” Princess Lovina smiled.

Kent also smiled and then asked a question. “Say, when did you take over her body?”

“Ten years ago.” Her answer yet again caused Kent to furrow his brow. To think she had only recently become the Wicked Poison Witch, he didn’t expect that. But it turned out she was telling the truth.

“So, all the negative reputation of the Wicked Poison Witch wasn’t your doing. You just inherited it…” he asked, and Princess Lovina nodded.

“How did you kill her?” That, Kent wanted to know.

“Annabelle helped me.”

“Wait… that rude disciple of yours helped you kill the original Wicked Poison Witch?” Kent’s ears must be deceiving him. Hearing that rude brat was actually the one who helped his soon-to-be wife… he just couldn’t believe his ears.

“Yeah, well, it was teamwork. Annabelle became her disciple so she could get close and kill her for killing her brother. Of course, it would have been suicide on her side. However, I found her first before she did anything stupid.”

Princess Lovina smiled.

“She is actually a good kid, just that her temper is too small, and because I spoiled her, or more like I and her true master spoiled her too much, she tends to be a brat sometimes.

But she brought us together, so you can cut her some slack.” She laughed, and Kent just smirked.

He knew if he were to appear in the tower city right now, Annabelle would become arrogant and even threaten to kill him. He just smirked at the thought and instead focused on something more important.

“Tell me more about your talent. I want to understand how you fell in love with poison. I mean, it is poison, and most poison witches I know have dark fingers and die horribly, so what’s up?”

Princess Lovina smiled. “I have a Poison Body constitution. That was how I managed to survive that lethal poison and even benefited from its sinister venom.”

“That is something… Not that I expected anything less from my wife,” Kent leaned in and kissed her lips. Princess Lovina blushed.

Having a Poison body means that poison can’t affect her, regardless of how lethal it may be. Though she doesn’t have perfect immunity yet, she is basically made of poison.

If dying from Poison is something common, then Princess Lovina is immune to death at this point. But that isn’t all. Her poisoned body allows her to harness the power of poisons. That was how she managed to kill so many with poisons.

Her nature now is that of poison and would forever be poison.

“I guess Annabelle did do something good…”

“You should forgive her,” Princess Lovina said.

Kent lifted his body and sat down, causing Princess Lovina to sit on his lap and wrap her legs around his waist. Kent also held her by the waist.

“I will think about it… Perhaps you can change my mind using your body.”

Princess Lovina blushed but didn’t protest when Kent began kissing her neck.

There was more he wanted to know, but because hungry beauties were waiting for him, he realized things had to progress faster… the conversation would come later.
