Chapter 546 546: Taking Velyra to The Tower [Bonus]
"Let's just say the place I intend to take you guys is the most peaceful place in the entire universe. It's my secret domain where only I have supreme authority over everything.
Nobody can enter or do anything in there without my permission. You all will live there for free and cultivate in peace.
If you want a place to train, I have many training grounds and even many powerful subordinates you can train with. It's basically the best place for your people."
Kent answered the question, not hiding anything.
"Can a place like that really exist?" General Xant muttered.
"Trust me, it does exist. I'm even willing to take a representative there to confirm and see if it's a place you want to stay in."
"Not that we don't trust you. We do, but we don't really know you. That's why we are asking all these questions," Tribe Chief Malthar said, making Kent smile.
"I know, and I am not offended. However, I won't lie just to get what I want." The elders nodded, understanding his words.
"Father, why don't I go with him? I trust Kent, and I know he wouldn't lie to us, so why don't I go with him since this is a life-or-death decision for our people?"
"Are you sure?" Tribe Chief Malthar asked.
"Yes, Father." The tribe chief could only sigh.
"Take care of her, Kent," he said to the brat, who nodded.
"Don't worry, Tribe Chief. We will be back in three days. I hope that is enough time for you to inform your people and get them ready for the move."
The tribe chief nodded. Kent then turned to Velyra.
"Let's go meet your goddess; I'm sure she will be happy to see you." Velyra nodded and stood up. Kent followed, but instead of leaving right away, she asked to change first.
Kent had to wait for her to do that. A few minutes later, she came back dressed in a gown. However, instead of her usual baggy gown, she was clad in a rather tight gown that showed more skin than before.
Basically, she dressed to impress.
Not that Kent could blame her. She clearly wanted to appear more attractive.
"You don't have to look at me like that. I just want to appear nicer before meeting the mother of killers," Velyra said with a smile and a slight blush.
"Since you want to dress to impress, why don't we take care of the hair too?" Kent walked toward her and locked eyes with her.
Maintaining only a few inches of distance, he used his right hand to untie her ponytail, letting her hair fall behind her.
"Perfect," Kent said, making sure the tension didn't rise too high before walking back. Velyra gulped, watching the dragon move away.
"Can we go now?" Kent asked, and she nodded.
He touched her hand, and the scenery changed around them the next second. They appeared in a lush garden with an air that immediately captivated Velyra's attention.
"Welcome to my domain, Velyra. This is one of the many places inside my domain," Kent said, showing her the love garden.
Velyra's expression was one of shock as she looked around, admiring the garden and the world around her. She just couldn't believe such a world existed.
"Is this real?" she asked.
"This is one hundred percent real. It's an isolated world that only I have access to—unless I grant you access," Kent answered.
"Why don't I give you a tour first?" He didn't want to take her to the city immediately, considering he needed her to get acquainted with her surroundings.
He also wanted to speak to the people living inside the city and ensure they were aware that a different race of beings would be joining them.
Kent took her hand and started showing her around.
"This is where I spend time with my wives," Kent said as they started walking.
"Wives? As in, you have more than one?" Velyra asked, looking at him in a certain way. She didn't pay attention a few days ago when Kent made mention of his wives.
Now that she did, she became puzzled.
"Indeed. I have eleven wives and five lovers." She would know soon anyway, so it was better to make her aware now.
"Eleven wives and five lovers... That is—" She choked on her words, causing Kent to laugh.
"No need to look shocked. I have enough stamina to satisfy them all." Velyra blushed upon hearing that. She didn't say it, but eleven wives sounded like a lot of work.
The only question on her mind now was whether the mother of killers was also one of his wives.
"Before you ask, yes, the mother of killers is one of my wives." Velyra came to a stop, looking at Kent with a calm expression.
"You're not lying," she said, now visibly shocked.
"You'll get used to it soon." They continued their tour for a few minutes before Kent led them in the direction of his ladies.
He had informed them he would be bringing someone over, so they should prepare. Thankfully, the time difference was enough for them to get ready, so they were already waiting for him.
However, when they appeared in the space, what greeted them was a group of lustful ladies dressed only in thin gowns, revealing practically all their assets.
"Kent!" Before he could say anything, Zaila jumped into his arms, locking lips with him. The other ladies had agreed she could have the moment, so they said nothing and simply watched her.
Meanwhile, Velyra, seeing these beautiful goddesses inside the tower, took a deep gulp and suddenly felt underdressed.
Kent broke the kiss but held Zaila in his arms, then looked toward his other ladies, who were now watching the red-skinned woman beside him.
"Everyone, this is Velyra. She is the priestess of the Bloodvein Tribe," Kent introduced the red-skinned beauty, who briefly felt overwhelmed.
However, a sense of familiarity washed over her when her gaze landed on Neomi. Instinctively, she dropped to her knees and bowed.
"I pay my respects to the Mother of Killers."
The ladies raised their brows upon hearing and watching this display.
What do you think?
