Chapter 494: 492 A sense of familiarity, have we met before?

After the incident with Jovan Gonzalez, the entire Payne Corps experienced quite a turmoil. On top of that, Payne Corps needed to secure financing from the Carter Family, leaving Tim Payne absolutely no time to rest, working day and night.
