He Ao gazed at the shifting subtitles in his field of view.
No new achievements were triggered.
Aside from achievements like “Defier of Gods,” which require accomplishing certain effects within dungeon tasks, many of the system’s achievements are tied to system ratings, like “Perfect Player.”
For example, the previous “Perfect Sovereign” achievement required a five-star rating to be triggered.
But now, the entire evaluation system has changed; there are no longer five-star ratings, making this achievement nearly impossible to trigger.
Of course, the “Defier of Gods” achievement originated from the upgrade of “Silent Night Coffin Nail.” From this perspective, the system’s achievements are not necessarily fixed either.
Perhaps older, powerful achievements can still be recreated through certain means.
He Ao withdrew his thoughts and gaze, steadied his heart, then looked toward his palm.
He could faintly sense a connection between himself and an object deep within the world.
This was the link with the Trapped Destiny Plate.
From the system’s description, this object seemed to be something Wizards created to study fate.
It was imbued with the powers of the God of Knowledge, the God of Order, and the Life God, and based on these forces, it imprisoned a portion of fate’s power within it.
However, the background description of the Trapped Destiny Plate contained another layer of information.
The world inside the Trapped Destiny Plate, in a certain sense, exists independently and is not fully compatible with the true external world.
This is why Wizards could directly accelerate its evolution to observe the effect of fate on the life within it.
It is a world with a certain “independence,” detached from the real world.
And the one “manipulating” the Trapped Destiny Plate might, in a sense, become the “god” of this world.
Of course, this was not a real divine being.
When these Wizards’ “research” was exposed to the gaze of true Gods, it inevitably attracted destruction.
Along with the Trapped Destiny Plate they created, which was shattered by the Gods, it transformed into the Lost Life Plate and became a “hidden realm” of a certain tribe.
This narrative is somewhat similar to that of The Forgotten Wheel of Stars. To escape their destined destruction, the creators stole the power of Divine Beings to forge this artifact, only to eventually invite annihilation for making it.
