Gulp, gulp.

The cocktail, a mixture of various ingredients, was surprisingly delicious.
The smooth aroma of mead blended harmoniously with the celestial nectar and the flavor of golden apples, creating a perfect balance in my mouth.

I considered asking for another glass, but then I remembered the reason I had come here.
My mischievous princess of the Underworld could disappear again at any moment, so I had to find her quickly.

"Have you seen Melinoe today, by any chance?"
"Are you talking about the goddess of nightmares? Hmm... Sorry, I’m not sure," the nymph answered, tilting her head in confusion.

I turned away from her and approached the goddesses dancing on one side of the banquet hall.
Clad in daring outfits, they moved to the rhythm of the music with carefree enthusiasm. Surely Melinoe wouldn’t be among them, would she?

"Hahaha! Hestia, are you really a virgin goddess? The way you’re dancing makes me wonder..."
"What?! I’ve only practiced for fun, Aphrodite! And you’re one to talk..."

"Oh my, Olympus is filled with such beautiful flowers tonight."

Shoving aside the male gods who were drooling as they admired the goddesses, I scanned the room.
There was Aphrodite, wearing a colorful outfit and dancing provocatively, seemingly competing with Hestia, who was equally energetic. Even Dike, whom I had granted some time off, was there, along with Selene, the goddess of the moon, and Eos, the goddess of dawn.
But Melinoe was nowhere to be seen. Where could she have gone?
