The Frogman Pirates were in utter shock.

After regaining their senses, they jumped ship, abandoning the Iron Lump.

Dwarf Menshi, wielding a double-handed warhammer, moved his short legs and stormed up the ship’s ladder.

The ladder was crowded with Frogman Pirates who suffered Menshi’s backhanded strikes, their heads smashed by his warhammer in a sight too gruesome to bear.

Menshi was at the Silver Level, and not a single Frogman could stop his charge.

The Dwarves and Humans inside the ship, hearing Menshi’s roar, were overjoyed and launched a counterattack.

Caught between attacks from both sides, the remaining Frogman Pirates were trapped with no escape, annihilated to the last man.

On seeing Menshi, the Dwarves hugged him and shouted, “You’ve finally come to rescue us again!”

Menshi’s eyes also reddened, “I’m sorry I left you with the Undead Mage.”

“It’s okay, you didn’t know.”

“You’ve driven off the Undead Mage, haven’t you?”

“Speaking of which, that Undead Mage was pretty good. Our treatment on the ship was much better than when we were slaves.”

The Dwarves comforted Menshi.

Menshi took a deep breath, “My friends, I have joined the Dragon Lion Mercenary Corps! Listen, this was not a transaction. I joined willingly.”

The voices of the Dwarves dropped for a moment before raising again.

“Menshi, you don’t have to do so much for us!”

“Did you sell yourself to save us? That’s not acceptable, we’re free now, and you should be too!”
