I Became the Maid of the Lout Prince

As usual, Gyeotmwjosegi gwaet and his two wives were supposed to be taking a tour, passing through our family’s estate toward the northeastern great plains and the Elf Forest.

During a meal when we were all gathered together, the Hero suddenly said something that made both Ethan and me feel slightly flustered.

"Did you say you wanted to leave Leonhart with our family for a while...?"

"Yeah. Is that difficult?"

"...It’s not an unreasonable request, but."

It was a request to temporarily look after the Empire’s crown prince, the firstborn.

Even a typical ducal family would find it hard to accept such a request, but it didn’t seem to apply to us.

Both Ethan and I were friendly with the Hero and his wives, and we knew that he wasn’t the type to make such a request to engage in political schemes.

If I had to question something, it would be why they wanted to leave their eldest son with our family.

"This is a bit sudden, Gyeotmwjosegi gwaet Hero. Considering the bond we’ve built, it’s not a difficult request, but at least you could explain the reason, right?"

"It’s not really a big deal, Duchess Lilith. The next place we’re heading is the northeastern great plains and the Elf Forest, but right now, it’s a bit troublesome to take Leonhart into the Elf Forest."

As is typical for elves, they absolutely despise having other races enter their forest.

At least, the Hero and the Saint managed to get permission to enter the Elf Forest during the story, but that’s as far as it went. Even Princess Seraphine had difficulty gaining entry to the Elf Forest, as was shown in Luminor Academy.
