I Became a Murderer in the Academy.

Chapter 124

Karma always comes back around.

Iria's actions toward Clana were no exception.

Usually, Ariel, Sera, and Iria made up a group that attended the academy together. However, since Clana joined their circle, there had been both big and small issues.

Clana maintained a good relationship with Ariel and had become closer to Sera after their recent sparring match, but it seemed she still disliked Iria.

First impressions tend to linger.

Every time Clana saw Iria, she would frown.

“What, what are you staring at?”

As the two made eye contact in the awkward atmosphere, Clana blurted this out.

Iria scratched her cheek as if she couldn't believe it.

It was Clana who had been glancing at Iria earlier. Sensitive to gazes, Iria had been watching Clana from beginning to end.

Just because she felt a sharp gaze from the side, she turned her head, and now Clana was asking her what she was looking at.

It seemed that Clana had really gotten the wrong idea about her.

“I wasn't looking at anything. You were the one staring.”

“I-I didn't look at anything specifically…”

Perhaps she had been caught staring out of concern. Clana's face turned slightly red, and she quickly turned her head away.

And then, Iria, who had been watching the whole scene unfold, let out a sigh.

It wouldn't be beneficial for her to turn Clana into an enemy for her future life, but it seemed that the grudge from that time ran deep.

Hadn't she tried to apologize in her own way?

Iria recalled the words she had said when she called Clana aside.

“Please forget about what happened then. It would be better for both of us if we can end this cleanly without any lingering resentment.”
