Signature dishes included Rose Soy Sauce Chicken, Original Abalone Tart, and Flower Carving Steamed Crab Claw, among others, all of which Shen Yuan ordered.

In addition, Baoli Xuan had a walk-in wine cellar, stocked with the likes of Romantica Conti, Ace of Spades Champagne, and Louis XIII, from which Shen Yuan asked the staff to open a bottle of Romantica Conti, setting the stage for the evening.

After dinner and some red wine, both women had a flush in their cheeks.
