She smiled faintly with a curl of her lip.

Eleanor Thompson, as if hearing a hilarious joke, scanned Dale Land’s cheap clothes, “A poor look, and you say your inner qualities are better than my appearance? Are you here to be funny?”

Carson Dunn’s gaze turned icy. He looked at Eleanor Thompson and said coldly, “Miss Thompson, the funny one is you, completely uncultured, mocking a stranger like that.”

Eleanor Thompson was startled by his cold gaze, but still unwilling to show weakness, she tried to retaliate.
