After running a while, he finally saw Lu Heng and another person.

He approached Lu Heng, gasping and supporting himself on his knees, "This forest is like a maze; I almost couldn't find my way back."

Seeing his return, Lu Heng turned and headed toward Seren's treehouse, "Let's inform the Forester. Before we leave the forest tomorrow for Kolos City, ask if he knows anything about Xie Shi'en's whereabouts."

The trio walked into the treehouse and brought up the subject, "Our task guides us to Kolos City, and appoints us to act as emissaries for establishing trade relations between humans and elves, so we plan to set off tomorrow."

Seren nodded, "Go ahead."

Lu Heng then asked, "Because the last group of humans did something unfriendly, I'm worried your people might be hostile to us. Could you provide us with a token of introduction?

"That way, we can quickly establish an alliance with the Elf Clan and move into the phase of combating the Abyss, without wasting time building trust."

Rong Xincheng first expressed his thanks then asked, "Aren't you going to the Elf Royal City?"

Lu Heng replied, "Yes, but we might detour to complete some tasks along the way. We'll meet up in the Elf Royal City."

Rong Xincheng nodded in agreement, "Alright, we'll see you in the Elf Royal City."

He thought for a moment and asked, "Concerning the Abyss Summoners, is there anything special we should be wary of? I'm worried they might be tough to handle."

Lu Heng nodded and advised, "I suggest avoiding direct confrontation with Abyss Summoners initially.

"They're summoned here, undoubtedly also with tasks.

"Most likely they, too, have Main Quests to execute.

"However, we are not the main Species of this world; their targets should primarily be elves.
