It sounded like he was instructing Zack Wallace to build a children’s playground on the island, with swings, slides, seesaws, and other toys for kids.
Purple Summers thought it was too early and really unnecessary—the child would need to be at least three to five years old to play with those facilities and the baby in her womb wasn’t even a month old yet.
But Alexander had been like a possessed man recently, completely unpersuadable, so Purple Summers just gave up trying to argue.
She went back to her room, feeling extremely fatigued. In fact, she hadn’t done any physical work today, yet she felt exhausted.
It seemed like pregnancy made her especially prone to fatigue.
