The Holy See – Raid Dungeon First Floor

The Holy See, built at the highest peak of the Tarunda mountain range, was said to be the place closest to God.

The first sight that greeted us upon entering beyond the front gate—

A monumental staircase, carved entirely from stone.

The width was vast, and the top was so distant it was impossible to see.

"Quite the scale."

"Even without this raid, this would have been worth visiting."

"A sacred temple for the 'Primordial God.' …Wait."

Kris hesitated, recalling something.

"Didn't the previous Holy See become a ruin? The one we visited back then?"

I nodded.

She was talking about the temple in the Berbeia Mountains—the place where I first met Elena.

Seeing that ruin had made me certain—

That the previous goddess was completely gone.

Kris let out a chuckle, nudging my side playfully.

"That one was for the past goddess, but this one? This one's yours now."

"Hmm… Is that how it works?"

"Of course! Right now, you're the goddess. The ones holed up inside? They're just a bunch of squatters who broke into your house."

Her words made my ears perk up.

I already had every intention of getting rid of those intruders.

But now?

Thinking of them as filthy trespassers stomping all over my domain…

That really pissed me off.

I cleared my throat and folded my arms.

"Truly disgraceful. How dare they dirty my temple?"

Still, there were no priests, nor demons in sight yet.

All that stood before us was the endless stone staircase.

A Goddess’s Statue?

Kris climbed the steps, glancing at the ominously silent temple.

"Hmm. Pretty bleak, huh? Shouldn’t we put up a statue of you at the entrance?"

"A statue…?"

I blinked.

Come to think of it—

• The Flame Blade had to be tanked by a ranged tank.
• The Frost Blade had to be tanked by a melee tank.

• Frost Blade Tank → Nagi (Swordsman)
• Flame Blade Tank → Skada (Mage)
