Luo Haofeng stood with his hands in his pockets, his handsome features and tall, upright figure drawing the gaze of countless women. However, his eyes were fixed only on Bai Xiaoxiao, clad in a white down jacket, inspecting her closely.

“Why are you here?”

Bai Xiaoxiao asked as she approached, with the cold wind blowing across her face and tossing her hair onto it.

Luo Haofeng pursed his lips silently, lifted his hand, and his long fingers carefully tucked the blown strands of hair behind her ear. He then tightened her scarf and forcefully grasped her hand, frowning as he said, “Why are your hands so cold?”

“The temperature has dropped significantly these past few days. Are you here on a business trip?”

Bai Xiaoxiao’s body stiffened slightly, but she did not struggle, allowing his warm palm to enclose her cool hand. Having not seen him for a while, he had lost weight again.
