This was an environment created by using Arrays to force a Primordial Spirit Qi environment—similar to the physical environment on Earth.

However, it was different from the Cosmic environment where Earth resided. In that universe, the Energy Index could only be one, where Spiritual Energy could not exist. But in this Empirical Department, Spiritual Energy was forcibly stabilized at one, still perceivable, and could be dispersed with a forceful impact.

"The Primordial Spirit Empirical Department, a place for empirical research under a near-ideal Primordial Spirit Qi environment," Chen Feng introduced the lab with a hint of pride, "We used the Absolute Spirit Array to isolate the internal and external Spirit Energy environments, then inside, we have a high-specification Spirit Stabilizing Array to ensure absolute stability of the Spirit Qi, where any Spirit Energy fluctuations are swiftly eliminated. The High Spirit Energy Environment and the Low Spirit Energy Environment could be simply combined under a Spirit Contract Array, both of which are in the West Wing."

Wang Qi stared at the Empirical Department in a daze, "This is really... impressive."

Spiritual Energy is the foundation of cultivation, but in empirical research, it is the most terrifying variable. In a low spiritual energy environment, the energy index is low, internal energy is difficult to convert into achievements, and many chemical reactions are difficult to establish.
