Emperor's Domination

Chapter 6479: Dying

Chapter 6479: Dying

She was the mysterious girl who entered Paramount at the start of the dreams for this immortal artifact.

“Go!” Thus, she didn’t give up despite being pincered by the two states of existence.

Her body cracked and blood gushed out, staining her white dress but not diminishing her determination.

“Boom!” Her resplendent primal anima burned her true blood, releasing her true potential.

This force could obliterate a continent in the real world. However, it only shook the abyss.

She didn’t give up and continued the burning until it was enough to stop the pressure.

The particle strings holding the artifact finally collapsed, allowing her to pull tightly.

“Bam!” However, the artifact smashed and sent her flying, worsening her wounds.

She still survived and grasped it tightly. Her next focus was to stop Li Qiye from seizing it.

“This thing will return to its master.” Li Qiye said.

“I’m the new master now.” She uttered confidently.

Li Qiye had no time for this and pierced through the abyss to look at the real world. He then leaped inside without hesitation, surprising the girl.

This abyss was a pathway between dreams and reality. The other side might lead to a random area in the real world. The issue was the immense pressure capable of crushing primal ancestors.

She had no idea what he was up to by doing this. Nevertheless, she heaved a sigh of relief since the artifact was hers now.

The pressure from both sides pushed against Li Qiye. This was akin to facing the weight of the dreams and Sea of Heavenly Sin.

Of course, a primordial glow appeared to protect him during his meteoric descent.

“Boom!” He entered the real world - an underwater palace in Sea of Heavenly Sin. It radiated waves of crystal-clear light.

The surrounding waters looked like iron walls, seemingly hammered and refined countless times. They formed a self-contained space that no one could enter.

This might be the deepest seabed in Sea of Heavenly Sin, a vestige of greatness.

“The old man’s place.” Li Qiye frowned before entering.

Within the palace was a pond containing untold life forces and ancient runes. Two people were sitting there - a woman embracing a man.

She channeled dao light with her life force into his chest. Alas, the man didn’t move. This process was harmful enough for her to be covered in blood.

The pond itself had a healing affinity but since she never stopped the channeling, the wound on her chest couldn’t close. The water gradually turned red due to her blood.

“Wake up, Orchid, wake up!” The failed life shocks discouraged her as she stroked his face.

She wore an elegant regal robe, looking aristocratic and graceful. Her femininity could win any man’s heart over.

Her companion looked just as peerless but sadly, his brilliance was gone. He appeared around the age of twenty; his attire looked humble at first glance but the stitching was exquisite. The buttons were fastened with ancient and inscrutable seals, clearly made by a true master.

He had long hair held together by a purple bamboo hairpin, looking casual yet charming. He exuded a scholarly and carefree air, always poised regardless of the challenges.

One could tell at first glance that he possessed wisdom from reading countless books. Unfortunately, an evil presence entrapped him.
