The two of them finished showering and were sitting in the living room in matching pajamas, watching TV. Gu Qimiao seemed a little uninterested and glanced at the time; it was a few minutes past ten.

He sat up and looked; she was already asleep.

He shifted and moved closer to her, carefully picked her up along with the blanket she was curled up in, and moved her to the center of the bed, then tucked the blanket under her feet.

She liked to wrap herself tightly when she slept.
