Chapter 3525 - I'm His Father

Though Ying Huo and the other Primordial Chaos Beasts had higher bloodlines, they didn’t indiscriminately devour other lifebound beasts. Myriadpath source beasts were the nightmare of all lifebound beasts.

As Qing Huang descended, it reduced its astron density. Its true form appeared immensely vast, and it seemed like it could even swallow up heliacal-class worlds.

In reality, this myriadpath source beast, with nearly ten million stars, had begun resembling the Aeternal Infernal Phoenix in Tianming's dreams. The only difference was the astron density of Ying Huo in that dream.

At that point, the ninesource beast had expanded itself to the fullest. It usually kept itself more compact in the limited space of Myriadpath Valley, but in this larger and weaker mundus, it preferred its colossal, star-like body. The sense of superiority as it loomed as an object of terror for all beings below was addictive.

It blotted out the Sun, and as expected, every creature on the planet descended into a nightmare, seized by panic, fear, and absolute despair!

"Outside of Myriadpath Valley, even the living things within an infinitum-class world are mere bugs....” The ninesource beast, Qing Huang, was like an anteater arriving at an ant’s nest. One could only imagine the terror that tensource beast would bring upon arriving there.

Unfortunately, it had ultimately been outplayed by the Yin-Yang World control core, which allowed Suishen Jiguang to deliver a final blow at the right time.

“Where do you think you’re going?” Qing Huang watched with a playful gleam as the Sky Palace Formation was filled with countless screams and haunting despair while everyone frantically escaped, like an anthill on fire.

"Enough games. Just burn through the formation. Don't destroy any vital leverage," Qitian Muyue commanded.

"Be quiet! Do you think I need you to say that?" The ninesource beast glanced at her with visible irritation. The lifebound beasts in House Qitian held extraordinarily high statuses that were even greater than the beastmasters themselves. If it weren’t for society being a human construct and the lifebound beasts' dependence on their beastmasters, the Qitians’ lifebound beasts might be calling the shots in House Qitian.

After snapping back at Qitian Muyue, Qing Huang wreathed itself in green flames and descended to incinerate the Sky Palace Formation. It was as if the heavens were collapsing. Green flames engulfed the formation, tinting the entire world green with an aura of terror that swept across the land.

Just as the Sky Palace Formation was about to break, a black-and-gold fireball hurtled skyward and struck the chest of the ninesource beast. An earth-shaking explosion rang out, and half of the land and rivers on the Sun trembled.

Myriadpath Valley was a den of fanatics who pursued the martial path. Thus, they straightforwardly fought and focused on killing there. But when they went to the mundi and unleashed their full power, the effects were devastating on a massive scale!

The strike sent Qing Huang flying upward, leaving a scorched and massive, island-sized hole in its chest. It let out an ear-piercing screech of pain so loud that everyone on the Sun felt like their eardrums were bursting.

"An astralship?" Its blazing eyes fell upon a two-headed dragon soaring out of the Sky Palace Formation. It was the Gladean Ruins, piloted by Xiaodao. But even the infinitum-class ship was still smaller than Qing Huang’s massive form.

Its appearance made Qing Huang feel slightly embarrassed. Truthfully, expanding its size reduced its defensive capabilities, as its astrons were too widely dispersed. Size was good for intimidation, but it also made it a hard-to-miss target for astralships. That was how the third strongest lifebound beast in the astralscape had sustained an injury. Although the wound wasn’t severe, it was humiliating.

“I, a glorious ninesource beast, was blasted by an astralship?” Qing Huang furiously flapped its enormous wings. Despite its size, it was far more agile than the Gladean Ruins, and its massive wings fell upon the astralship like massive swords.

The Gladean Ruins crashed to the ground, sending dust into the sky, its surface trembling and many of its parts breaking. The infinitum-class astralship was nothing but a toy for Qing Huang. Its massive claws seized the two dragon heads of the ship, pinning it down as fire filled its mouth. It didn’t need a fortuna-class artifact to have full confidence in tearing the toy apart.

It was just handling some stubborn resistance, so Qitian Muyue and the others watched on, expressionless.

However, inside the Sky Palace Formation, Lin Xiao, Dongshen Yue, and Weisheng Moran, along with all of Tianming’s other relatives and friends, were beyond anxious. That was because Xiaodao and Wudi were aboard the Gladean Ruins!

“Wait!” At the critical moment, Xiaodao’s voice roared out from the astralship, “I’m Li Tianming’s master!”

A second voice followed, saying, “I’m his father!”

The two statements left Qitian Muyue and Yumo Dinai stunned for a moment, then their faces broke into ecstatic smiles.

“His father and master?” Anyone would understand the leverage of that revelation. It was guaranteed to make Tianming surrender without a fight!

“Let them go!” Qitian Muyue shouted, truly fearing that Qing Huang might kill them in its rage, wasting two valuable cards.

The ninesource beast grit its teeth and reluctantly loosened its claws. But just as it let go, the two-headed dragon took off, firing another black-and-gold fireball directly at its chest, leaving it smoking.

“Idiots!” the two old men sneered as they drove the Gladean Ruins back into the Sky Palace Formation.

Still, they were shaken. Such a terrifying being had descended on the Sun, and they wondered how they would get through the situation with Tianming still not back.

The entire scene left the twenty eminents and Qing Huang fuming with anger. Qing Huang, especially, was trembling with rage at how it had been toyed with by two mortals.
