Chapter 133 - 133 133 Dont Capture Your Face in the Video
Chapter 133: Chapter 133 Don’t Capture Your Face in the Video Chapter 133: Chapter 133 Don’t Capture Your Face in the Video Sister Ning spent some time exercising with Ningning in the room, and as her digestive system kicked in, gradually, Ningning no longer felt that uncomfortable.
Not much later, she received a call from Xiao Ai, “Sister Ning, the prize draw is about to start, are you coming?”
Sister Ning glanced at the uncomfortable Ningning, “I’m not going to go, I’ll just check-in when it’s time to disperse.”
“Is Ningning okay?” Xiao Ai asked with concern.
“It’s nothing serious; she just overate and now we’re figuring out how to help her digest.”
Xiao Ai wanted to laugh but held it in, and soberly said, “Then you stay with her a bit longer. Little kids are like that, they can’t control themselves around tasty food, and also… let me know ahead of time when you’re coming, and I’ll grill some barbecue for you.”
“Okay.” Sister Ning ended the call, staring at Ningning rather helplessly, “You heard that, right? Even your Auntie Xiao Ai knows you’re a foodie.”
Ningning buried her face in the sofa cushion, wooing in dismay; her dignified, elegant, ladylike, noble image was completely ruined.
Taking advantage of the free time, Sister Ning had the children take off their clothes to wash.
They’d played all day and rolled around on the beach – they were so dirty they were hard to look at.
Thinking it over, she had already changed Chen Bao and Ningning’s clothes; it didn’t seem fair to let Doudou be the only one in dirty clothes.
“Doudou, why don’t you take off your dirty clothes too and let Auntie wash them?” Sister Ning squatted in front of Doudou and softly suggested.
Doudou’s little face turned pink; she fiddled with the hem of her shirt, wanting to agree but also feeling conflicted.
“But I won’t have any clothes to wear if I take these off…” she gestured.
Ningning volunteered eagerly, “I have lots of little clothes, you can wear mine!”
Sister Ning, afraid that Doudou, pampered from a young age, might not be used to it, gently proposed, “Auntie happens to have brought some new clothes for Ningning, ones she hasn’t worn. Your sizes are similar; you should be able to wear them.”
With no further worries, Doudou watched Sister Ning intently and nodded vigorously.
She was mostly tended to by servants at home for dressing and washing up, but she was very good at imitating and could manage it herself.
Seeing that Ningning and Chen Bao had both removed their little jackets, she too awkwardly, yet adorably, began to undo the buttons.
Before long, a naked Little Doudou was in front of Sister Ning’s eyes.
Even though he knew it was his own little sister, Chen Bao blushed at the sight of Doudou cluelessly stripping down, and he quickly ran off to hide in the bathroom.
Sister Ning shook her head with amusement – this little rascal had a deep sense of modesty between the sexes.
But her smile soon faded.
It was only after Doudou had undressed that she realized the girl seemed a bit too thin.
“Doudou, how much do you weigh?” Sister Ning asked.
Doudou thought for a moment, extending two little fingers from one small, short hand and four from the other.
Sister Ning was shocked, “Twenty-four pounds?”
Doudou hesitated and then added another two pounds; she had weighed twenty-four pounds before and thought she might have gained a little bit recently.
Sister Ning’s frown deepened.
A four-year-old girl’s average weight should be around 16kg, like Ningning, roughly that amount. How could Doudou, so meticulously cared for by Li Lingyang, be so far off?
The difference in height between her and Ningning also didn’t seem that great.
Although twenty-six pounds might still be within normal fluctuations, this didn’t match the prestigious status of the delicate little princess of the Li Family.
She pondered that she would need to offer some advice to Li Lingyang one of these days; the little girl truly inspired concern.
Doudou was dressed in Ningning’s jacket, which indeed was a little loose, but there was still a bit of baby fat on Little Doudou’s face, making it not so obvious.
Ningning watched her little sister wearing her own clothes and covered her mouth to giggle, “Mommy, if one day my little sister and I both wear the same clothes, would you mix us up?”
“What do you think?” Ning Yichu countered with a question instead of answering directly, how could she possibly mistake her own daughter who she had watched grow up?
After washing all the clothes and hanging them on the balcony to dry, Ning Yichu noticed it was getting late, so she sent Li Lingyang another text message.
“Chen Bao and Doudou are both with me, I’ll send them back later.”
Not knowing what Li Lingyang was up to, it took quite a while before he replied, “Give me the address, I’ll come to pick them up in an hour.”
Thinking she might have to go out, Ning Yichu sent him the address.
After sending the text, Ning Yichu instructed the three children to play at home and try not to go out, as Li Lingyang would come to pick them up later, then she left for the bonfire party to report on the event.
People had begun leaving in dribs and drabs, and Ning Yichu, not liking noisy environments, found a secluded corner to sit down with Xiao Ai.
The waiter opportunistically brought over two cocktails, not very strong.
The two chatted sporadically.
Xiao Ai said she was lucky to get into Beiji, entirely thanks to her major in jade carving.
The jade carving industry wasn’t as booming as it was a few years ago.
She had even considered changing careers, but then Beiji announced they were hiring, so she joined the company where the workload was light, and the salary high, evoking envy from friends and classmates. However, since Ning Yichu arrived, the Jade Sculpture Studio began seeing more customers and got busier.
Barbecue paired with cocktails, and half an hour flew by in a flash.
Just as they were about to leave, Ning Yichu stood up and immediately felt a wave of dizziness.
She propped her forehead with one hand, feeling her temples throbbing.
Thud.
Xiao Ai’s head plummeted onto the table.
“Xiao Ai, are you okay?” Ning Yichu vigorously shook her head, trying to stay awake, but the dizziness intensified overwhelmingly.
This was bad!
They had been set up!
Just as this realization dawned on her, her vision darkened and she, too, embarrassingly collapsed onto the table.
Not far away under a shadow-strewn tree, Shen Jiangqing watched the scene with a thin smile, her eyes cold. She said to the man beside her, Shen Jun, “The next move is yours.”
Shen Jun rubbed his palms together in a lewd manner, blood boiling with anticipation as if about to relish a delectable feast.
“Remember, when you’re taking the video, don’t let your face show. If it ever gets out, I can’t guarantee I can protect you,” Shen Jiangqing ominously reminded like a snake hissing warnings, then she twisted her hips and sashayed away, her demeanor lively.
Taking advantage of the two little brats being tricked away, it was time to carry out her main plan for the night!
Shen Jiangqing made her way back to the resort villa, where the sound of running water could be heard from the bathroom.
The figure of a robust man was reflected on the frosted glass door, a perfect inverted triangle, exuding a strong masculine presence that seemed palpable even through the glass.
If Li Jingtian, that illegitimate son, could make her so happy, Li Lingyang… must be even more impressive, right?
She quickly took a bottle of red wine from the liquor cabinet, uncorked it, and poured it into a wine glass, further mixing something into one of the glasses.
Click.
The sound from the bathroom abruptly stopped, and the glass door was opened from the inside.
Li Lingyang, wrapped in a loosely tied bath towel, stepped out with long strides, and upon seeing the woman in the room, his expression hardened, “I thought you went to the bonfire party with Chengcheng?”
What do you think?
